We are looking for a Sports Assistant to support the operations, campaigns, and communications related to the Sports vertical.

This person will be responsible for ensuring the execution of daily routines, supporting performance analysis, managing sports content, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

It's an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about sports, with an analytical and organized profile, who wants to grow in the sports betting (iGaming) industry.

Responsibilities and Attributions

  • Support the daily operations of the Sports vertical, ensuring campaign execution and updates to the sports schedule;
  • Monitor events, leagues, and sports calendars, identifying relevant opportunities;
  • Assist in the configuration of promotional campaigns and updates on the website and app;
  • Track and report performance indicators, results, and actionable insights;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Trading teams to ensure alignment across initiatives;
  • Contribute ideas and feedback based on data and user behavior;
  • Stay up to date with the main trends and news in the sports landscape.

Requisites and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields;
  • Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) for communication with international teams and stakeholders;
  • Strong knowledge and interest in sports, especially football and major leagues;
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Clear communication skills, organization, and proactivity;
  • Genuine interest in the iGaming and sports betting industry.
  • Curious, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in sports media, iGaming, betting, or commercial/operational roles;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, dashboards, and performance metrics;
  • Knowledge of international leagues and major sports events;
