Business Development Manager (J*****) – ChangXin Memory Technologies, Inc.ResponsibilitiesCore Job Objective – Responsible for developing new customers, maintaining in-depth relationships with existing customers, and expanding strategic cooperation with ecosystem partners in the industry.Market and Customer Development – Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the memory industry; identify business opportunities; create and execute tailored development plans.Business Negotiation and Cooperation Promotion – Lead negotiations on pricing, order terms, delivery cycle, and payment methods; coordinate internal departments to deliver products on time and meet quality requirements.Performance Achievement and Team Collaboration – Set sales targets for individuals and regions; ensure achievement of indicators; collect market feedback and transmit to relevant departments.Ecosystem Partner Development – Build and maintain relationships with local SOC partners; promote AVL/PVL qualifications and joint marketing events.QualificationsEducation – Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; familiarity with the memory industry.Experience – 8 years or more of marketing and/or sales experience in the memory industry with proven development of key customers or major marketing goals.Skills – Excellent business negotiation, communication, and customer relationship maintenance; strong market perception and business acumen; proficiency in Office software and data analysis.Personal Qualities – Good professional ethics, honesty, reliability; strong teamwork spirit; quick learning ability and adaptability to fast-moving industry.#J-*****-Ljbffr
