Field Service Engineer – Beckman Coulter Life Sciences (Brazil remote)OverviewThe Field Service Engineer provides daily service support for our existing customer base, supporting sales growth, service growth, and customer satisfaction.The role involves repair, installation, and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites.ResponsibilitiesBuild KPIs to challenge performance and meet service targets.Promote strong interaction with operational areas of BEC LS – Applications, Marketing & Administration and Sales.Establish and maintain relationships at all levels with customers to maximize their experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Biological Sciences.3+ years of prior field service experience in diagnostics/research field.Fluency in English (written and conversational) and valid visa for the USA.RequirementsAble to travel *****% of the time (mostly domestic within Brazil, eventually for the US for training).Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to lift up to 66 pounds (about 30 kg).It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in working with:Flow CytometryLiquid HandlingCentrifugeBenefitsBeckman Coulter Life Sciences offers a broad array of competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.The position is eligible for a remote work arrangement.Explore the flexibility and challenge of working for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.#J-*****-Ljbffr
