Qualified candidates will work from home. Role The Field Service Engineer provides daily service support of Beckman Coulter equipment, supports sales growth, and ensures customer satisfaction. The engineer repairs, installs, and maintains equipment at customer sites. Key Responsibilities Build and track KPIs to meet service performance targets. Promote strong interaction with operational areas – Applications, Marketing & Administration, and Sales. Establish and maintain relationships at all customer levels to maximize experience. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biological engineering. 3+ years of filed service experience in diagnostics or research. Fluency in English (written and conversational) and valid U.S. visa. Travel & Physical Requirements Travel 50–75% of the time (domestic Brazil; occasional U.S. training). Valid driver’s license with acceptable record. Ability to lift up to 66 pounds (≈30 kg).
