Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Support Engineer.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on challenging projects, develop their skills, and contribute to the success of our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Murex functionalities, financial markets technology, and infrastructure management.
They should be able to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.Responsibilities:Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and/or contribute to overall solutions as per deliverablesDevelop requirements per given stream and according with resolution needs as they come alongManage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various deliverablesContribute to support group(s) efforts in resolving requests or issuesLiaise with respective internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancementsContinuous follow-up of new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations/practices globally, and other such itemsPerform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)Required Skills and Qualifications- 4+ years' experience with Murex functionalities- 2+ years' experience in financial markets technology- Hands-on experience in Murex Infra/Environment/Config Management, Back-Office Workflows, Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle- Strong personality, logical and analytical skills- Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter- Good verbal and written communication skills- Strong organization skills- Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD, COM- Good understanding of P&L concept overall and its components- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally- Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
