Essential Responsibilities: Be part of Power Conversion Americas leadership team, providing leadership in executing operating plans to support the overall business strategy.
Develop and monitor plans and budgets for the P&L.
Oversee smooth functioning of integrative business processes.
Enhance engineering capabilities through upskilling as needed.
Lead product localization efforts based on organizational strategy.
Consolidate long-range forecasts for the business.
Maximize the customer base in India and ensure customer satisfaction during service delivery and post-execution.
Monitor processes, analyze data, and define strategies to maximize profitability.
Design, develop, implement, and institutionalize process improvements using LEAN methodologies.
Lead campaigns and execute action plans to improve commercialization processes in the region.
Qualifications/Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business strategy at leadership roles.
Desired Characteristics: Knowledge of financial controls and business tracking systems.
Corporate Audit Staff graduate (GE Employees only).
Six Sigma training is preferred (GE Employees only).
Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and with customers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
