We're looking for a Sales Director to execute sales strategy, achieve sales targets and lead the business from the ground up in Brazil.

**Responsibilities**
- Hit your number
- Outreach and establish relationships in the compliance and RegTech space
- Win the hearts and minds of both current and prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strong and influential relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of retail banking, savings, investments, insurance, wealth and asset/investment management
- Plan strategically to break down barriers and overcome problems
- Problem solve creatively and rapidly to deliver value to Silent Eight
- Advocate relentlessly for customer needs.

**What you bring**
- Successful B2B SaaS sales track record, preferably in the financial services arena
- Knowledge of banking/financial service industry preferred
- Ability to build a robust pipeline and self-generate leads
- Desire to strive for high quality results and manage a sales region
- Highly adaptable, self-reliant and able to work with autonomy and collaborate in a fast paced, distributed environment.
- Experience developing and executing a financial services B2B proposition, and the ability to add value to customers by effectively cross selling.
