At HIVE, our purpose is simple yet ambitious: to be the media team that knows the most about our clients' businesses worldwide.We're not just media planners — we're business partners who think and act like shareholders.We're building a culture of Outperformance — eliminating low-value work, communicating with clarity, and linking our media strategies directly to business growth and profitability.If you're driven to go beyond traditional media metrics and make a tangible impact on business outcomes, HIVE is the place for you.About the RoleWe're seeking a strategic, data-driven regional leader who can translate ambitious business goals across LATAM, Brazil, and the Caribbean into bold, effective media investment strategies.You'll lead regional clients with a clear vision, challenge conventions with data, and connect global direction to local execution across 20+ markets.What You'll DoLead with impact: Serve as the senior business partner for regional clients, ensuring that media strategies directly contribute to growth, profitability, and market share.Drive data-led decisions: Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, optimize investments, and reallocate budgets dynamically for maximum ROI.Shape strategy across markets: Design and implement a cohesive regional communications framework that unites brand-building and performance marketing.Challenge and reframe: Interrogate briefs and budgets to uncover deeper business opportunities and craft bold, insight-driven solutions.Elevate collaboration: Partner with local market teams to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure flawless execution across diverse markets.Champion efficiency: Establish clear KPIs, eliminate low-value work, and create scalable processes that drive measurable business results.Accelerate digital transformation: Lead innovation in e-commerce, retail media, and data-driven activation to unlock new growth channels across the region.Inspire and guide teams: Foster a culture of outperformance — motivating teams to think like owners and deliver beyond expectations.What You Bring12+ years of experience in media, strategy, or analytics with proven success leading multi-market clients or regions.Strong business acumen — you understand growth, pricing, and profitability levers.Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong advantage).Expertise in integrated media (Video/CTV, Social, Search, Programmatic, Retail Media) and its connection to real business outcomes.A data-driven mindset, comfortable using MMM, incrementality, or performance models to inform strategic decisions.A constructive challenger attitude — you simplify complexity and drive clarity.Why HIVEThis isn't a typical agency role.
