ResponsabilidadesIdentificar oportunidades comerciais e desenvolver propostas de mídia personalizadas com base em dados e audiência qualificada. Atuar como ponto de contato com agências de publicidade e anunciantes, promovendo soluções de advertising integradas e orientadas a performance. Gerenciar o funil de vendas, desde a prospecção até o pós-venda, garantindo a excelência na entrega e a fidelização dos clientes. Trabalhar de forma colaborativa com áreas internas (marketing, dados, mídia, trade, operação) para execução das campanhas. Acompanhar e reportar a performance das campanhas com base em métricas como ROAS, CTR, conversão e share de busca Atualizar-se sobre tendências de Retail Media, Ad Tech e comportamento do consumidor para impulsionar a inovação comercial. Identificar oportunidades de ativação, cross-sell ou reativação de clientes em mídia. Garantir a entrega das ativações conforme os prazos e formatos acordados, sendo ponte entre cliente, BI, operação e mídia. Participar de treinamentos, análises e rituais internos, contribuindo com insights do dia a dia para evolução das ofertas. RequisitosExperiência prévia em vendas de publicidade, mídia digital ou varejo. Conhecimento em mídia programática, performance, branding e funil completo de comunicação. Capacidade de negociação, relacionamento e escuta ativa. Visão analítica para leitura de dados e indicadores de campanha. Perfil proativo, orientado a metas e com pensamento estratégico. Desejável conhecimento em plataformas de retail media, ad servers, DSPs e/ou ferramentas de BI. Vivência em e-commerce, marketplace ou ad networks. Experiência com comercialização de mídia em canais próprios de varejistas. Inglês avançado.
