The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Help on defining KPIs to be monitored on Shopee Express' performance, including middle mile and last mile operations
- Monitor KPIs and support operational teams to identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve organizational efficiency
- Report performance results and analyze large quantities of data, extracting main conclusions that support decision-making
- Help to create weekly presentations and high-quality reporting for upper management and operational leaders
- Support on monitoring and controlling Shopee Express goals and key initiatives in a monthly basis, and refining OKRs with leaders if needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Intermediate English
- Advanced Powerpoint and Excel
- SQL skills are a differential
