Join our team and grow your career with Sleek FlowAssociate LevelLocation: São Paulo, BrazilPrior Experience in Saa S/ Software Industry is preferredLanguage: Native-level fluency in EnglishResponsibilitiesActively manage the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of product, and closing warm leads generated by marketing and sales developmentFull sales cycle rep, actively managing the sales process, including positioning, presentation/demonstration of product, and closingManaging complex sales cycles and presenting to C-level executives the value of Sleek Flow's softwareA Hunter mindset - the role would require you to be resourceful when coming up with your territory plan, sourcing for leads & opportunities and being able to generate enough curiosity to land the crucial first meetings with the target Accounts.Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customersDemonstrating our product via video conferencing Involve in our USA Market ExpansionStay abreast of the latest trends in internet technology and e CommerceQualificationsDegree in Business or a related field (preferred with USA background)Experience carrying a quota and closing deals in software (business applications preferred) or technology salesConsistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positionsHigh level of initiative and self-motivation. Attention to detail and strong communication skillsProven ability to work well within a team environment while accomplishing individual tasksHigh level of curiosity and empathy with the ability to understand a potential customer's context, issues and pain points through effective questioning and listeningExcellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reportingBusiness-level fluency in English (American accent preferred) & Portuguese, Spanish will be a plusCRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferredStrong customer referencesStrong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and ExcelConfidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
