Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Director to drive our corporate development initiatives.The Role:BUILD STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPSDEVELOP AND MANAGE AN M&A PIPELINEMETRICALLY TARGETED BUSINESS SOURCINGKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute a business growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with software company decision makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals.Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets through effective sourcing and pipeline management.Requirements:At least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales position at a software company or client-facing M&A/finance role within business development, sales, and/or account management.Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and executive presence to speak with CEOs, M&A advisors, and other industry professionals.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work variable hours.Extraordinary work ethic, proactive with a sense of urgency.This role will require occasional travel to various locations.
A strong understanding of the software industry is essential for success in this position.
