Home-based (anywhere in Central or South America) | International scope | Grow existing partnershipsThe foundation is there – now it's your turn to elevate it.HCJ is looking for a commercially savvy and relationship-driven Sales Manager to strengthen and expand their network in Central & South America .This is a key role built for someone who thrives on long-term growth, smart strategies and meaningful partnerships.Who is HCJHCJ (Hengelhoef Concrete Joints) is a Belgian company that reinvented industrial flooring joints with their patented cosine joint technology.Their solutions are used by global names like Volkswagen & IKEA – because they make the most critical part of the floor just as strong as the rest.HCJ is based in Genk (Belgium), with a close-knit team of 45 people and a current turnover of €14 million.Over the past two years, they have realized double-digit growth – and they are only getting started.Your impactYou'll take the lead on one of our most important growth regions: Central & South America , currently accounting for 30% of our turnover.Your focus?Build on the strong foundation, deepen existing relationships, and explore new markets to expand our dealer network.? Support and grow current dealers with joint go-to-market initiatives? Build trust and visibility through regular contact and field visits? Spot improvement areas and coach dealers to reach their full potential? Identify white spots in the market and develop new dealer partnerships? Gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and regional dynamics? Work closely with HQ in Belgium and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer?
