Chains - and multi-site operators - have unique business requirements, additional complexity, and often use more diverse technology solutions. As a partner of choice for global and regional chains, Rate Gain is looking to further serve this important segment of the hospitality industry and seeks an experienced Director focused on European markets, to further scale this essential unit of our business.The ideal candidate will understand how Latam hotel chains function and operate, and will be familiar with the technology solutions adopted by these chains to achieve their commercial objectives. The role requires a trusted advisor, able to assist chains to manage through the complexities of the travel technology eco system to guide them to the right decisions in the areas of distribution, business intelligence, marketing technologies, and beyond. This is an individual contributor role and, as such, the candidate is expected to be a self-started and self-driven, ready to innovate to find new values for our hotel chain clients whilst keeping the company goals and the bigger picture firmly in mind. This position can be based anywhere in Latam and needs to have the ability to travel within the Latam without limitations. How your day will look like/Job responsibilityBuild and manage strategic alliances with regional and local partners (e.g. RMS, PMS, booking engines, OTAs)Define and execute a partnership roadmap aligned with Rate Gain's GTM strategy in LATAMIdentify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystemCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreementsRepresent Rate Gain in industry events and partnership meetings to promote our brand and solutionsMonitor partner performance, engagement, and contribution to pipeline and revenueProvide regular reporting and insights on partnership outcomes and market trendsEducation & Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnershipsKnowledge:In-depth understanding of the LATAM hospitality and travel technology ecosystemKnowledge of Saa S business models and partnership structuresAwareness of regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the travel and hospitality sectorsSkills:Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilitiesExcellent relationship management skills with ability to engage partners at all levelsAdvanced verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and EnglishAbility to identify, pitch, and convert strategic partnership opportunitiesProficiency in using CRM and sales enablement toolsSkilled in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, etc.)Attitude:Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targetsEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovationCulturally sensitive and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in a global, remote teamHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and ownershipResilient and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
