As we expand our presence in the Latam market, we are seeking a Business Growth Strategist to drive user growth and become an essential partner in our success.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business expansion through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and relationship development.Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive user growth and expand our presence in the Latam market.Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and relevant partners to accelerate business expansion.Manage and strengthen existing partnerships and user communities to foster long-term growth.Collaborate with stakeholders to explore new business opportunities and promote our brand.To succeed in this role, you will require:A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, focusing on partnerships, influencer/kol management, or user acquisition.A deep understanding of the Latam crypto market and its key players.A proven record of achieving or exceeding growth and partnership goals.A strong passion for the crypto and blockchain industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluency in English.
