We are seeking an SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting team.
You will be responsible for preparing and submitting consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F) in a fast-paced fintech environment.What will you be doing?
Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 6-K and 20-F.Prepare supplemental notes to the consolidated financial statements.Review and validate financial data and disclosures for accuracy and compliance.Assist in drafting technical accounting memorandums aligned with IFRS.Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely and complete audits.What skills do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Prior audit experience at a Big Four or similar firm.Experience with publicly traded companies (SEC-regulated) is a strong plus.Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.Fluency in English.What do we offer?
