Global CRM Sustain & Operations LeadThe Global CRM Sustain & Operations Lead will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and leading the Global CRM system under their responsibility following appropriate methodologies.Provide recommendations, action plans, and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.Manage key relationships with business and technical stakeholders.Interact with key users of the applications and align application services with business goals to ensure efficiency and value delivery.Mature sustain and operational/platform processes to meet organizational needs and requirements.The responsibilities also include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring system stability, performance, reliability, and quality; enforcing adherence to policies, procedures, KPIs, SLAs, best practices; and promoting continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex systems and teams, and will be able to think critically and strategically.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to team members, and ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and increase efficiency.Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.
