Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team.
As the bridge between our customers and internal teams, you will ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer experiences.Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, analyzing product usage, gathering feedback, and driving informed decisions.
You will also oversee project risks, timelines, and align customer needs with internal priorities and strategic planning.To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese being an added advantage.This dynamic environment requires adaptability and a willingness to travel (10-20%) for customer meetings and industry events.
