This role offers a high-visibility opportunity to lead the resolution of critical customer issues.Job DescriptionThe Customer Resolution Lead will form and lead interdepartmental teams to manage the resolution of customers' complex issues.This role requires collaboration with various functional organizations and business units, including Support, Sales, Product Management, and development engineers.Responsibilities:Manage intake, scope, priority, exit criteria, and end-to-end process for streamlined escalation resolution.Engage in direct customer communication and technical discussions as necessary.Develop and execute action plans to address critical situations through cross-functional team leadership.Effectively communicate issue status to executive staff, sales teams, and other stakeholders.Qualifications:Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.At least 10 years of experience in customer-facing sales and/or service delivery roles.A customer-centric attitude focused on delivering exceptional service.
