Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our manufacturing operations in Brazil.
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to drive efficient, safe, and high-quality production of assembled products.Main ResponsibilitiesPromote a culture of excellence by ensuring that all operational activities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity.Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase competitiveness.Lead a team of functional managers across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Quality to achieve business objectives.Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.Analyse data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Administration.At least 8 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.About this roleThis is a key position within our organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
