Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings, and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.Through our products & services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients – in real terms.Our team at Ledn is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by an unshakeable conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy.OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and equally committed to helping end users who are in need of help.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.Provide first-line support to employees via Slack, Jira, etc., and troubleshoot macOS, MDM/EMM applications, and paired SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Okta, and Jira.Procure and deliver technology equipment, manage onboarding of all new employees and the retrieval of all outgoing employees.Develop, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Automate recurring tasks, create help articles, and manage critical incidents and issues through completion.Work on projects over sprints, detailing work in tools like Jira, and applying agile methods and sprints.Set and work to your own objective and key results with minimal direction, aligning them to the team and company goals.Qualifications7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.Experience with open-source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.Integration of SSO into Okta, creating workflows, working with APIs, and integrating systems.Remote support across multiple time zones; familiarity with shipping and receiving hardware and customs.Excellent communication across all media; ability to write clear, friendly, concise tickets, emails, and Slack messages.Understanding of networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching).Strong organisational and task-management skills; ability to self-manage, scope projects, prioritize, and work across teams.Security-savvy: knowledge of PGP and OSI model troubleshooting steps.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS.Experience with tools like GAM and command-line interfaces for efficient work.Jamf, Okta, or Google Workspace certifications.Culture FitPassion for progress, adaptability, and resilience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Builder's mindset: excited to create, iterate, and scale IT practices.Collaborative partner who can influence across functions and cultures with empathy and clarity.Demonstrated integrity and accountability when managing confidential information.Experience working remotely from a previous role.What We ProvideComprehensive, best-in-class total rewards package that starts on your first day.Competitive PTO package.Ownership in the company through shared equity.Opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the world for up to 180 days (subject to restrictions).A career that provides purpose in your job.We are an equal-opportunity employment organization and pride ourselves on inclusivity, diversity, and the success that comes from diversity.You may reach out to the Ledn team by emailing ***** for accommodation requests throughout all stages of the recruitment process.Requests will be addressed confidentially.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetailReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at LEDN by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
