Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Game Support Specialist to join our team.As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional player experiences through daily support across multiple channels.Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating immersive and rewarding games that set a new standard in entertainment.They will work closely with experienced colleagues who are dedicated to excellence and committed to driving results.Provide daily support to players via iMessage, Facebook Messenger, and emailsDevelop in-depth knowledge of game features, events, and player activitiesTroubleshoot player issues and collaborate with internal teamsMaintain detailed documentation of player interactions and issuesCapture player feedback and communicate it to relevant departmentsAssist with onboarding new players and ensure they understand game featuresAnalyze player behavior and guide interaction strategiesCollaborate with other teams to provide promotional offers and inform players about new featuresRequirementsMinimum 4 years of customer support experience, preferably in iGamingPast experience in KYC and payments processingExceptional communication skills in EnglishProficiency with CRM tools and experience documenting interactionsStrong empathy and ability to listen attentivelyExcellent time management skills and flexibility to work non-traditional hours
