**LOCATION**: Anywhere Latin America remote

**What you get to do**:
- Contribute to the development of the Total reward strategy across all businesses, locations and functions, in collaboration with others, assuring internal equity and external competitiveness
- Oversees the review and effectiveness of company compensation, benefit, wellness and employee health practices, programs, policies, and guidelines.
- Leads the development and implementation of a market comprehensive total reward package consisting of compensation, equity, and benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement, wellness, and other ancillary benefits and initiatives.
- Work in partnership with global external vendors and consultants in both compensation and benefit arenas to ensure the company is positioned competitively and stays current on trends/changes in both the utility industry and general industry.
- Utilizes market trends to develop creative total compensation programs resulting in the engagement of all LoadiesProvide leadership, guidance and direction while ensuring the regional deployment of the company's compensation programs including annual salary planning/merit increases process, salary structures, variable pay and other incentive programs to ensure alignment with company's goals, initiatives and budget.
- Ensure all total reward programs are in compliance with company policies, federal legislation and other government and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy for compensation and benefit programs.
Play a critical role in the due diligence process and comprehensive review of all compensation and benefit plans for new ventures, mergers and acquisitions
**You have experience**:
- Experience in developing and administering US total rewards programs is required.
- Experience in applicable State and Federal employment laws is required.
- Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
- Experience working with global dispersed teams and compensation is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of all HR core functions such as recruitment, total rewards, compliance, etc.
is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required.
HRIS is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required: Focus in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- Certification: HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, CCP, etc.)
is preferred.
- 7-10 Years of relevant experience preferred.
