Finance Lead - Detalhes da Vaga. ? They are growing quickly and hiring their first end-to-end finance leader to own FP&A, investor reporting, and the accounting/controller function. ? Role Own the finance stack end-to-end: FP&A, Investor Relations, and Controllership . ? Close the books, produce decision-grade insights, and allocate capital toward the highest ROI/ROIC uses. ? Responsibilities Financial Planning and Analysis Build and maintain the operating model (budget, rolling forecast, scenarios). ? Analyze unit economics (AOV, GM%, CAC/LTV, payback, retention cohorts) and convert insights into actions. ? Drive capital allocation: prepare ROI/ROIC cases for SKU, channel, inventory, and marketing investments; recommend go/no-go. ? Publish a concise monthly KPI pack with variance analysis and clear owners for corrective actions. ? Accounting & Controllership Run the monthly close with external accounting firm; deliver P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow on a fixed cadence. ? Produce cash and accrual views with BSP&LCF bridges; reconcile statutory vs. ? management reporting. ? Own policies and the chart of accounts; ensure clean revenue recognition, COGS/inventory controls, and 3PL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations. ? Manage compliance/ancillary filings and documentation. ? Investor Relations Ship a monthly fund/investor report: KPIs, narrative, drivers, and risks; maintain a current data room. ? Support fundraising/diligence with cohort/LTV analysis, CAC trends, working capital, and inventory turns; prepare board materials. ? Systems Operate in QuickBooks Online and advanced spreadsheets; manage integrations (Shopify/e-commerce, banks, 3PL, AP). ? Stand up lightweight BI (Looker Studio/Metabase/Sheets) for self-serve reporting. ? Qualifications 5+ years in FP&A/Controllership, investment banking, management consulting, or finance roles at hypergrowth, venture-backed companies; CPG/e-commerce a plus. ? Fluent English; strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills. ? Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SQL/BI a plus. ? Nice to Have Exposure to US GAAP compliance. ?
