Are you passionate aboutmarketing, event coordination, and supporting impactfuleducational initiatives?Do you thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment where excellence in service and communication is key?Join our team as aMarketing and Facilities Assistantat our Campinas office in Brazil and play a vital role in driving our marketing and academy activities to new heightsYour Role:In this role, you will oversee all aspects of theÖssur Brazil Academy, from coordinating the Academy calendar and preparing course materials to arranging catering and managing logistics for presenters, customers, and patient models.You will also liaise with customers and institutions such as ABOTEC to assign and award points and support the clinician team by tracking certifications and distributing Certification Award Boxes.Your expertise inevent organizationwill be crucial as you handle travel logistics, coordinate flights, accommodation, and transportation for marketing events, and ensure that display products and handout materials are prepared and distributed on time.You will work closely with the Digital MarCom Specialist to provide on-site support and assist with event logistics.Managing ourmarketing B2B assetswill be another important aspect of your role.You will be responsible for revising and updating marketing materials to reflect new products or changes, managing quarterly updates to our Bracing & Supports and Prosthetic catalogues, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop new assets based on event requirements or market needs.You will also coordinate branding initiatives.Facility coordinationis also part of your daily activities.You will manage the procurement of food items for the canteen and staff meals, oversee the purchase of general office and facility supplies, organize gifts and acknowledgments for special occasions, and guide cleaning staff to maintain a welcoming environment, especially in Academy areas.Who you are:To succeed in this role, you shouldHave experience in organizing and hosting events in a multinational company.Demonstrate excellence in service and communication with customers, always keep the customer experience as a top priorityBe fluent in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish being a strong advantageWe are looking for someone with at least six years of relevant experience.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to make a real impact in the healthcare and marketing field.If you are passionate about marketing, event coordination, and supporting educational initiatives, we invite you to apply and help us shape the future of marketing and education at Össur Brazil.
