Information Technology Manager

OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks, and you will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesServe as customer-facing first line of support for employees via Slack, Jira and other channels; own the support experience.Proactively troubleshoot, use terminal tools, and ensure macOS works in the enterprise; procure and deliver technology equipment.Own onboarding of new employees and tech retrieval of departing employees.Design, test, build, document programs and policies; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.).Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.).Improve IDP and SSO tooling (GSuite, Okta, etc.); document solutions and automate routine tasks.Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate busywork.Manage, respond to and resolve critical incidents and issues through to completion.Balance help desk tickets with project work; operate in sprints and document progress in Jira.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, NetSuite).Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; experience with APIs and system integrations.Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; hardware shipping/receiving and customs familiarity.Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and calmly.Strong security mindset (understanding of PGP) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching); knowledge of OSI troubleshooting layers.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and collaborate across multiple teams.Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI for efficiency.Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications.Culture & BenefitsWe value integrity, accountability, progress, and empathy.Ledn offers a comprehensive total rewards package, generous PTO, employee equity, remote work opportunities up to 180 days, and an inclusive, global, remote-first environment.Ledn is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.Accommodation requests can be emailed during all stages of the recruitment process; these requests will be handled confidentially.#J-*****-Ljbffr
