RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES Atualmente a empresa tem uma vaga para atuar como Técnico de Suporte (N2), alocado em Blumenau/SC. Ficará responsável por atividades relacionadas a função, como por exemplo:Prover suporte especializado em sistemas operacionais e sistemas do cliente. Prestar atendimento e suporte ao usuário. Prestar suporte e orientações remotamente. Atender e registrar detalhadamente toda e qualquer solicitação do cliente. Registro e gestão de chamados contendo prazos para realização do atendimento (SLA). Manter e respeitar os SLA de atendimento. Criar e manter atualizados os procedimentos técnicos e base de conhecimento. Registrar informações dos atendimentos no sistema. Receber e analisar os chamados abertos. Informar o cliente sobre o status do atendimento e efetuar a abertura de tarefas no sistema para as demais áreas. Realizar acompanhamento e cobrança referente aos chamados.
