Senior Technical Support Specialist

Providing expert technical support for RIS and PACS systems requires a high level of skill, expertise, and experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Offer advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues related to RIS and PACS systems. Utilize problem management frameworks to ensure long-term solutions and prevent recurrences.
- Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 support, ensuring efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to foster trust and effective communication.
- Manage escalations to the development team for unresolved issues, ensuring clear documentation and robust communication to facilitate timely resolutions and system improvements.
- Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of complex issues to minimize disruptions and improve system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement problem management frameworks and ensure seamless system operations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to effectively communicate outages, workarounds, and resolutions. Ensure transparency and provide timely updates on system status and progress.
