O que esperamos de você: Gerenciar uma carteira de alunos/clientes, garantindo sucesso, engajamento e retenção. Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento para alinhar expectativas, metas e evolução da jornada. Mapear oportunidades de expansão e apoiar o time comercial na renovação de contratos. Monitorar e analisar métricas de CS para gerar insights e planos de ação. Atuar como a voz do cliente internamente, trazendo feedbacks estratégicos para Produto, Marketing e Vendas. Estruturar e otimizar processos de Customer Success, contribuindo para a escalabilidade da área. Diferenciais que amamos: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas. Experiência mínima de 2-3 anos em Customer Success, Account Management, Relacionamento com Clientes ou áreas correlatas. Vivência com edtechs, produtos educacionais e ambientes digitais. Interesse genuíno pelo mercado de educação e experiência do aluno. Boa comunicação, escuta ativa e capacidade de influenciar diferentes perfis de clientes.
