You will engage with property owners, assess their interest, and pass qualified leads to Sales Managers.Your ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to vacation rental homeowners to introduce the clientAssess homeowner interest and prequalify leads based on defined criteriaBuild rapport and address initial questions or objectionsTransfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and conversionMaintain and update lead information in the CRM systemManage call follow-ups and lead handovers efficientlyParticipate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussionsWhat You BringFluent German, with strong English communication skillsPrevious experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation for at least three yearsConfidence handling objections and engaging prospects by phoneComfortable working with CRMs and lead databasesGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organizedWorking Hours (CET)Monday: 10:*******:30Tuesday: 15:*******:00Wednesday: 10:*******:30Thursday: 15:*******:00Friday: 10:*******:30 & 15:*******:00Total: 20 hours per weekTraining DateFebruary 2, ****Technical Setup RequiredStable broadband internet connection (LAN preferred)Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher (64-bit preferred)RAM: 8 GB minimumStorage: 10 GB availableScreen resolution: **** × **** (recommended)Wired USB headsetOperating System: Windows 11 or later or MacOS 13+What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate plus performance incentivesFully remote, long-term collaborationStructured onboarding and ongoing supportAccess to additional projects within our global talent poolCareer development and growth opportunitiesGamification programs and performance rewards
