We're a quickly growing remote team, well-funded, and helping thousands of teams improve their meetings.About Meet GeekWe're looking for a Customer Success Representative (Junior) who's passionate about helping customers succeed — and curious about what's next in AI, automation, and workflow design.This role blends customer support, customer success, and operations. You'll help users go beyond meeting notes and unlock the full power of Meet Geek's agentic capabilities — from automated follow-ups to real-time action triggers.About the Role Technical TroubleshootingSupport users through questions about agent setup, integrations, or system behavior. Collaborate with engineering to resolve edge cases. Customer Onboarding & SuccessGuide new customers from kickoff to activation. Help teams integrate Meet Geek into daily operations, measure value, and drive adoption. CRM & Billing OwnershipManage Stripe billing flows (upgrades and cancellations). Ensure customers have clarity on billing and account status. Knowledge & Self-Service SupportContribute to our help center and knowledge base by creating and updating articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices. Source Expansion Opportunities for SalesIdentify new opportunities during support and customer interactions. Surface warm leads and expansion potential to the sales team.About You2–3 years in a customer-facing Saa S role (Customer Support, Onboarding, Sales Engineer)You've built automation flows before (Zapier, Make, bots, API triggers, etc.)Consultative and empathetic — you love helping users streamline and optimizeFamiliar with tools like Slack, Intercom, Notion, Google Workspace, CRMsFluent in English, and other language required (French, German or Spanish)Benefits & perks:Work remotelyCompetitive salary and equityBonus via Bonusly (rewards and recognition)Being part of a rockstar teamOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologyAre you up for a new challenge?
