Buscamos um estagiário para atuar no nosso setor de Customer Care, onde irá passar pelo setor mais importante da empresa, e terá como responsabilidade de atender nossos clientes.
Se você se identificou com a vaga, venha fazer parte do nosso time:
**Descrição das atividades**:
- Registrar, acompanhar e encerrar das reclamações (consumidos finais);
- Auxilio da equipe nos casos dos Sales Force de não conformidades dos processos de entrada;
- Auxilio da equipe nos casos criticos parados por ausência de estoque;
- Auxilio da equipe nos processos de troca;
- Auxiliar na atualização das planilhas de contatos das marcas do grupo da WSA;
**Requisitos**:
- Estar cursando nível superior em: Administração, Marketing, Fonoaudiologia, Secretariado e corelatas;
- Pacote office;
- Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar no horario das 11h as 18hr
Tipo de vaga: Estágio
Duração do contrato: 24 meses
Salário: R$1.705,00 por mês
