RAIN Group, an award-winning global provider of innovative sales training and performance improvement services, is seeking contract sales training facilitators to add to our expanding teamThis is a part-time, contract role.Are you an independent sales training facilitator who is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English and is looking to align with a proven, time-tested sales methodology infused across a wide and deep portfolio of training offerings?We are seeking dynamic individuals who are experts in training facilitation and who have experience delivering engaging learning in any of the following industries: technology, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or professional services.Do you relish the opportunity to work with salespeople, sales managers and sales leaders to help them unleash their own sales potential and that of their organizations?Do you thrive on delivering high-energy, high-impact, active learning experiences that make the participants the stars of the show?This role is primarily responsible for crafting, delivering, and enabling our solutions in Brazil, with potential to work on select engagements in global settings. Your main focus will be to drive transformation and achieve results for learners and clients by delivering tailored content and RAIN Group IP through training, coaching, and reinforcement, utilizing a variety of delivery mediums.Role Highlights:You'll work within our client and product teams and be responsible for partnering directly with clients to execute the delivery of our programs so they achieve mutually agreed client results. This includes the tailoring of content, and the delivery and facilitation of sessions, coaching, and reinforcement.You'll be expected to· Drive client transformation and results by delivering world-class programming· Project manage client engagements to ensure seamless execution, custom design, and details managed/produced on time and on budget· Master IP knowledge, and be a source for others as an IP expert· Meet expected KPI for client feedback on programming and facilitation· Collaborate with internal teams on behalf of the client, accessing project management, development, content, technology to enable successful deliveries· Maintain professional client and internal communication at the highest level· Support sales or large-scale projects as needed· Provide feedback to sales, product, marketing, and client results teams as neededDesired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies:Successful candidates are innately curious and creative thinkers with motivational energy who are comfortable working as part of a team. Training facilitators must have a sound understanding of adult learning theory and the use of experiential learning techniques.Additional requirements include:· Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese· Minimum of a Bachelor's degree· Training facilitation experience and stellar references· Demonstrated experience selling and/or leading sales teams· Outstanding group facilitation and presentation skills· Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and modern collaboration software· Exceptional oral and written communication skills· Knowledge of the instructional design process· Ability to adapt and relate to all levels of leadership, management, and employees with ease and enthusiasm· Ability to ramp up quickly on specific verticals and organizations· Open to coaching and feedback· Willingness to travel extensively domestically and open to international travel· Reasonably convenient access to a major airport hub· Availability and interest in training in the range of 2-10 days per month (exclusive of travel) depending upon demandAbout UsRAIN Group is a global sales training and consulting company that helps leading organizations improve sales results.
