**Regional Sales Manager****Status**:Exempt (salaried)**Department**:Sales**Position Summary****Core Duties and Responsibilities**- Lead our marketing and sales efforts to develop and communicate a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applicability- Lead our market segmentation and promotion strategy, developing winning tactics for market development- Developing and maintaining our ideal customer profile aligned with market trends- Drive lead generation, prospecting new opportunities in the market to build a robust pipeline- Qualifying leads for sales contacts- Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting Sales Funnels- Drive meetings with prospects, understanding their needs, and translating them into project requirements- Communicating with our product, service, and spare parts teams to develop a winning value proposition and present a technical and commercial proposal to our customers- Following up proposals, handling objections and maximizing the value perception within our sales-qualified leads- Leading contract revisions and signatures (Including T&Cs)- Handling-off EPC, services and spare parts projects to our operations team**Education and Experience**- 2+ years of Sales Management Experience in O&G Upstream market- Experience in complex topside FPSO engineering systems will be a differential- Engineering University degree- Fluently (written and speech) in Portuguese and Business-level English- Strong negotiations skills and entrepreneurial behavior - ability to work independently.- Team player skills- Pro-active attitude- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Results-oriented and driven work style- Excellent task-oriented follow-through- Plug Power, Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status._**_ #HP_**Estimated Base Salary Range:R$0.00 - R$0.00
