**Specialist, Talent Management**
**Position Summary**:
This position will lead a multidisciplinary COE's team focused on talent acquisition, learning and development and talent management for the South America region.
Will function as a "bridge," analyzing, translating the existing or new global HR solutions, customizing, and cascading them to the local team in accordance with the HRBP needs (based on the internal customer assessment).
Can also design and identify local solutions with local vendors (when needed).
**Overall Responsibilities**:
- Define and cascade together with the HRBP manager and its internal customers the ideal and best strategic approach and design for the talent acquisition, talent management and learning and development initiatives, as well as capabilities to identify, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.
- Partner with HRBP to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the talent management process.
- Leverage talent-related technologies to analyze talent metrics (e.g., Pulses, Grow), as well as contributes with global enterprise system when asked, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address bottlenecks.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
- Develop and distribute, annual, monthly training calendar, maintaining accurate records of participants in each training session for KPI's.
- Make sure that talent sourcing and recruiting administration is aligned with business strategy.
- Propose improvements in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting processes related to succession planning, I&D, Interns, apprentices, among others
- Manage and creates a common purpose / shared mind-set, reinforce teamwork and strong effort promoting high levels of energy across your team members and direct reports
**Basic Qualifications: (required)**
- English Fluent / Intermediate or Advanced Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related degree
- Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, and self-awareness skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, with advanced PowerPoint knowledge.
- Extensive experience in the training & development field
- Desirable experience in educational solutions consulting as a project manager; desirable experience in the commercial area of educational consulting.
- Capable of manage expectations, negotiating with internal customers about deadlines and other deliveries accordingly
- Executive presence
- Able to travel across the region and abroad
