This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to Employee Development, Performance Culture, Organizational Culture and Engagement overall.
This role is an escalation point to provide specialist expertise to triage and resolve cases within the HR Solutions model.
Requires working knowledge and experience in empowered environments focused on project strategy, design, and implementation across LA countries.
It receives a moderate level of
guidance and direction.
**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Leads Talent Management and Talent Development cross-sector Latin America strategy
- Implements and delivers end-to-end solutions in Employee Development to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
- Implements and delivers Trainee and Mentoring Programs Development (among others) for the region.
- Supports program development related to improve the employee experience, specific soft skills and competencies, balanced with Business/ Function-specific needs and drivers in partnership with HR Partners.
- Leads the Hipo Development strategy for Latin America.
- Leads specific global projects according to demand.
- Engages with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services for training, learning and development programs.
- Addresses escalated Talent Management inquiries as applicable across LA countries.
- Provides information and insights to Team Leaders/ HR Partners to continuously improve talent development and consolidate talent pipelines across Business and Functions.
- Leads strategy, coordination and execution of Internal/ External Employer Branding Surveys in partnership with other functions (i.e. GPTW for Colombia, Mexico and Argentina, among others).
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree (no specifics) with experience leading and executing regional initiatives in corporate environment.
- Fluent English for global interactions.
- Fluent Portuguese and Spanish for regional interactions.
- HR, EX or Customer experience focused on developing structure programs in the region.
