IntroductionSymphonyAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Consultant based in Fortaleza, Brazil to join our Retail division.Please note, this is a hybrid role and candidate must reside in or near Fortaleza.In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client success by managing key accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions.You will work alongside a talented team to help our retail clients optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives in an ever-evolving market landscape.Reporting to the Client Lead, this is a great opportunity to work with some of the largest retailers, CPGs and household panels in the Brazilian market.You will be working with the client team as the insight champion, working with brand managers, category management and sales managers daily.Your support will include utilizing and maintaining/supporting SymphonyAI platform solution.The ability to generate insights and partner with the retailer and CPGs to drive value from those insights is vital to the success of the role.This person must be a proficient communicator who can work independently or with groups to achieve optimal performance.We're looking for passionate people who are creative problem solvers, analytically curious, and who know how to identify insights and transform them into action.We have a team culture that encourages innovation, expects a high level of ownership, and enjoys what we doJob DescriptionWhat you will do:Develop a strong understanding of Symphony Category Management Suite and the interaction with other reporting tools, Assortment and Planogram software, CRM, promotions, Customer Decision TreeStrong understanding of Household Panels analysis and metricsSupport all identified customer strategies as defined by clientInput, track and insure fulfilment of client project requests, such as category review processes, product and customer clusteringAssist in team and user training as neededDevise analytical approaches that leverage CMS capabilities to interpret and assemble data to develop actionable solutions, make recommendations and create action plansResearch and resolve data or technical issues for the retail client as neededManage workflow for Managers and Associate Managers of Category insightsParticipate in development of Best Practices, training, and reference materialsContribute to quality control and validation of all reporting and troubleshooting data and software issues as neededActively participate in and assist with preparations for team and client meetings as requested.Support, train and coach client and CPG commercial managers with Customer Insights for better planning and negotiationsWhat you will bring to SymphonyAI:6-7 Years relevant experience in retail or CPG industry related rolesFluent in Portuguese, with some knowledge of English requiredAbility to develop productive and professional client relationshipsExcellent communications skillsMust be detail and quality orientedHigh technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel (high proficiency required), Word, and PowerPointAbout UsAbout Us: SymphonyAI is building the leading enterprise AI SaaS company for digital transformation across the most critical and resilient growth industries, including retail, consumer packaged goods, financial crime prevention, manufacturing, media, and enterprise IT.Since its founding in ****, SymphonyAI has grown to today serve ****+ Enterprise customers globally and has grown to 2,500 talented leaders, data scientists, and other professionals across over 30 countries.#LI-DC1 #LI-REMOTE
