Our client is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. Working with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. This is a great chance to work with a fast growing Series B company.
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll join a small, dynamic team that works closely with the heads of multiple departments. This isn't a traditional sales role—it's a unique opportunity to combine sales execution with product discovery in a fast-growing Series B startup. You'll be directly involved in shaping the way we bring innovative products to market, while building your career toward Sales & Innovation leadership.
Brainstorm and test new hypotheses for sales and product development.
Set up and conduct research interviews with potential customers via email, phone, and other channels.
Drive sales of new TraceAir products through email, phone, and multi-channel outreach.
Continuously refine and update sales scripts to adapt to new directions and learnings.
Create compelling sales presentations and manage the entire sales cycle—from scheduling meetings and demos to closing deals.
Experienced in Sales:
1+ years in Sales Development and 2+ years in B2B sales (ideally technical products of mid–high complexity), with a strong record of quota attainment.
Native/Bilingual english level
A Full-Cycle Seller:
Comfortable scheduling your own meetings, running demos, and closing deals.
Highly Curious & Driven:
You thrive in fast-paced environments, love learning, and are motivated to take initiative.
Independent Performer:
Capable of working autonomously while maintaining high standards of performance.
Intelligent & Adaptive.
