DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to join our Inbound Operations team.The ideal candidate will lead and develop a team of associates while driving operational excellence in our fast-paced fulfillment center environment.Key job responsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and manage a team of associates and multiple Process AssistantsDrive operational performance to meet productivity, quality, and safety goalsAnalyze performance metrics and implement action plans for improvementEnsure compliance with all safety policies and proceduresExecute standard operating procedures while identifying process improvementsManage labor planning and staffing requirementsConduct performance reviews and develop talent within the teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operationsHandle employee relations and maintain positive team moraleSupport inventory accuracy and control initiativesA day in the lifeWorking ConditionsFast-paced warehouse environmentExtended periods of standing and walking (7-12 miles daily)Variable temperature conditionsMust be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidaysOvertime may be required during peak seasonsPhysical DemandsRegular walking and standing (up to ***** hours per shift)Ability to climb stairsFrequent lifting and bendingUse of computers and mobile devicesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalentWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysExperience in employee and performance managementPreferred QualificationsExperience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniquesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Company- Amazon Servicos de Varejo do Brasil Ltda.- C41Job ID: A*******
