Segmento: Não InformadoAtividades:ASMPT in Manaus, Brazil is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.The Regional Sales Manager will sell products, solutions and services to new and / or existing customers directly or through sales channels and establishes and / or maintain customer relationships.Key Responsibilities and Duties / Essential Functions: Guides to the overall operation of a territory and/or sales channels to ensure the achievement of business targets.Works with channels partners to develop strategic plans to penetrate new customers Conduct regular business review meetings with each channel partner to cover sales volume plan, key customer activities, target accounts, etc Guides efforts of sales and support engineers, channel partners, and administrative personnel.Guides brand strategy to meet or exceed objectives established for each brand.Develop growth forecasts for the entire region and/or sales channels to ensure the highest level of service Maintains current knowledge of market conditions and competitors activities to develop sales plans that achieve or exceed sales goals.Develop and implement an account development plan that meets and optimizes revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction / loyalty directly or through channer partner.Tracks and reports ongoing business results compared to the plans established goals and executes corrective action when needed.Initiates, builds, maintains long-term relationships with the appropriate account decision makers directly or through channer partner.Develops a complete understanding of the organizations structure and key buying influences on assigned accounts.Delivers client presentations explaining the value proposition of product/solution/ service offerings.Prepare products and solutions quotes according to customer applications and demands.Maintain sales forecast, customer data and sales process tracking using company CRM tools.Qualifications and Skills Required: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills Excellent presentation skills Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision needed.Customer focus and strong value selling capabilities.Decision making / sound judgment Positive attitude / drive / passion Excellent hands-on skills and ability to navigate through complex problems.Strong analytical background.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.Practical / theoretical in-depth knowledge of Placements / Printers software products.Advanced MS Office skills Proficient in maintaining sales data in CRM tool Must be fluent in English and Portuguese speaking, reading and writing Bilingual in Spanish preferred Must be able to work overtime and weekends, as needed.Education and Experience: BA/BS Degree in Business or Engineering.MBA preferred.May consider equivalent combination of education and experience.Dias da Semana: Não InformadoHorário / Período: ComercialOs interessados devem se candidatar através do portal Caderno Nacional
