Role OverviewWe are hiring Country / Market Sales Directors on behalf of a client to lead business growth in key overseas markets. This role is responsible for market development, channel/distributor expansion, customer relationship management, and sales delivery in the assigned country.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires strong industrial B2 B sales experience, the ability to manage long sales cycles, and a proven capability to develop customers and channels in the local market.Ideal Experience Level7–12 years of total professional experience , primarily in industrial or project-based B2 B salesThis role is hands-on in nature and best suited for experienced sales professionals who enjoy being closely involved in market development, customer engagement, and execution. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute market expansion strategies for the assigned countryBuild and manage local sales channels, distributors, and customer networksIdentify and develop new customers, manage key accounts, and maintain long-term partnershipsDrive end-to-end sales activities including pipeline building, negotiation, and closingWork closely with internal teams to support business execution and achieve sales targetsDeliver sales results aligned with annual business goals Mandatory Requirements (Must-have)Candidates must meet all requirements below:1) Relevant Industry ExperienceProven B2 B sales experience in industrial-related sectors such as:Metallurgy / Cement / MiningNon-ferrous metalsPaper-makingEnergy or energy-related materialsBuilding materials and related industrial products Market focus notes:Brazil: paper-making, mining, building materialsChile: mining, building materialsJapan / Kazakhstan: open (no strict industry limitation; relevant industrial background preferred) Note: For mining, candidates involved purely in bulk commodity trading are not the target.
