The RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Associate, Who will represent the company to customers (they generate the highest revenue for AUTOonline).A Customer Service Associate must be able to optimally schedule the services of towing providers, document management and vehicle storage facilities to meet customer service expectations.They must also communicate effectively with different operational areas of the customers, which involves planning and executing various tasks with specific difficulties.An ideal candidate should have developed skills that enable them to achieve challenging goals, identify business opportunities, and generate alternative processes that allow the implementation of the AUTOonline product in different sectors of the automotive industry.ResponsibilityBuyers:On-boarding and managing buyersBuyer's payment reconciliationsMarket segmentation study of new buyers and distributionManage Customer transactionsDocument receipt, ownership and marketing of vehiclesFollow up of vehicles paymentsManagement of the vehicle's file soldDelivery of management metricsWhat You'll doManagement Salvage's salesExecute an auctionPayment TrackingSales management indicatorsPropose changes to the vehicle publishing processDelivery tracking of documents of sold vehiclesIdentify operational activities that must be improved in their executionWhat You'll BringBachelor ´s degree requiredAutomotive Industry KnowledgeLeadership skillsWritten and Verbal Communication SkillsPleasant, friendly disposition with strong communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Ability to work under pressure, with limited supervisionExcellent organization and time management skillsHigh degree of attention to detail and discretionMultitask skilled and able to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast and accurate wayEasy adaptability under a dynamic environment
