We are passionate about providing solutions to challenging real-world problems.Follow us on:Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales and revenue for the engineering services domainIdentify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clientsConduct market research and analyse trends to stay current on industry developmentsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and presentationsNegotiate contracts and close deals with clientsMeet or exceed sales targets and provide regular progress reports RequirementsMBA in sales and Marketing requiredBachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or related field preferredProven experience in business development, sales or marketingStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to negotiate and close dealsFamiliarity with engineering terminologiesStrong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
