About the RoleThis role is a vital part of our global HR team, responsible for overseeing People Operations activities and providing support to employees across various regions.Manage all aspects of People Operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and employee data management.Ensure consistent People Operations practices globally by providing guidance and collaborating with hiring managers and global peers.Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless reporting through HR systems.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes and communication throughout the employee lifecycle.Key Qualifications & Experience3–5 years of experience in HR/People Operations ideally in a fast-paced organization.Detailed knowledge of HR processes and compliance frameworks worldwide.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.Benefits of This OpportunityWork remotely from anywhere.Gain exposure to global HR operations and collaborate with diverse teams.Cultivate your career within a dynamic scaling People Ops team.
