OverviewImmigrant Invest is an international company and an official authorized representative for citizenship and residency by investment programs in the European Union, the Caribbean, Vanuatu, and others, with more than 15 years of expertise in the field.We support our clients throughout the entire process of obtaining their citizenship and residency by investment.Our offices are located in Austria, Malta, Portugal, Hungary and the UAE, but we are hiring worldwide.PositionWe are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Manager to join our team.ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships by advising on investment programs, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulationsHandle documentation, meetings, and communications with high-net-worth clientsMaintain organized records and oversee administrative tasksCoordinate projects and support executives and teams in daily operationsUtilize ASANA, TaskRay, and Salesforce to manage workflows efficientlyEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional serviceQualificationsFluency in English (fluency in Russian would be beneficial for Georgia and Poland)Higher education (or ongoing studies) in law, finance, business, or a related field, or previous work experience in these areasExperience in office management, client management, or legal assistance is a strong advantageFamiliarity with legal and compliance responsibilities in the investment immigration industry is preferredStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionallyDetail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in computer skills, including client management software and databasesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamBenefitsWork hours: 40 hours per weekWorkplace: Primarily work from home, with potential travelEmployee benefits: Paid leave, sick leave, corporate training, and development opportunitiesOrganizational conditions: Access to necessary tools and resources, such as a computer, client management software, and databasesSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
