Our ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in infrastructure and systems support, with a proven track record of delivering real-time data systems for investment banks.The successful individual will be responsible for resolving data quality issues, managing internal and external vendors, ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of data, implementing monitoring tools, and collaborating closely with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve data quality issues through thorough root cause analysis and effective vendor managementOversee on-call support, incident management, problem-solving, and change management processes to maintain high-quality data servicesImplement monitoring tools to detect data issues and ensure timely resolution, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and reliabilityContribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, runbooks, scripts, and ITRS rules to improve incident resolution and reduce Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR)Lead incident management from identification to resolution, minimizing business impact in production environmentsManage changes to production environments, including mandatory updates, content, software changes, and upgrades performed by vendors or internal teamsAdditional responsibilities include release management, event management, user support, and reportingWe seek an experienced professional with at least 7 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or production support roles, holding advanced skills in Linux System Administration, scripting (Bash and/or Python preferred), networking, and connectivity.Strong communication and written English skills are essential, along with knowledge of ITIL Foundation and IT Best Practices.A team-oriented mindset and adaptability are also key characteristics for success in this role.
