Drive business growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone and email to generate new leads, close deals, and build strong customer relationships.This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on results-driven approach.The responsibilities of this role include:Making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to generate new business opportunitiesQualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and following up on prospective clients to increase conversion ratesPresenting and selling company products/services to new customers through effective communication and interpersonal skillsMaintaining a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools and softwareMeeting or exceeding weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyaltyCollaborating with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve sales processesWe're looking for candidates with:Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (1+ year preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas simplySelf-motivated individual with a results-driven approach and ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with CRM software, sales tools, and technology platformsStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
