Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Growth Leader to join our team in the Latin America market.As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, leading a team of Account Executives, and contributing to the ongoing success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the regional sales team to consistently meet & exceed assigned revenue targets in the LATAM region.Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the sales team's activities, driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts.Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent to grow and expand the reach of our extensive library of STEM video titles.Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, regularly assessing progress and making adjustments to ensure success.Analyze buyer and influencer motivations, competitive dynamics, and the sales cycle to prioritize and refine sales strategies.Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and goals.Successfully plan and manage renewal projects with existing clients.
