About UsAt Billor, short for "Bill of Rights," we are building the largest trucking ecosystem in the U.S., dedicated to supporting truck drivers.By combining FinTech, Technology, and Freight Management, we empower drivers to achieve truck ownership and a better quality of life.Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.About the roleWe are looking for a Pre-Sales Team Leader to manage and develop our team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives).This role is key to ensuring the operational efficiency of the pre-sales area, driving consistent performance, and supporting the team through training, coaching, and strategic actions.You'll act as a bridge between the team and leadership, playing a crucial role in the execution of commercial initiatives and achieving sales targets.ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and coach the SDR team to ensure performance and continuous developmentMonitor KPIs and performance metrics, implementing action plans to meet targetsConduct call listening sessions and provide structured feedback to the teamMaintain and improve operational and commercial processesIdentify and implement improvements to scripts, pitches, and prospecting strategiesOrganize and facilitate training sessions, alignment meetings, and regular follow-upsReport performance and key insights to the Sales Management teamLead and support commercial actions to generate and convert opportunitiesAct as a technical and behavioral role model for the pre-sales teamRequirementsProven experience leading sales or pre-sales teamsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsResults-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilitiesFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline managementAbility to coach, train, and provide constructive feedbackKnowledge of sales qualification methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, BANT)Proactivity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsFluent English (mandatory)Nice to Have:Experience working with SDR teams in the US market or transportation/logistics industrySpanish proficiency (a plus)Extra information and BenefitsOn-site in Joinville, SCHealth and dental planPaid vacationHolidays offParental LeaveWedding LeaveFlash card (supermarket and restaurants)Total PassClude SaúdeAnnual bonus based on both company and individual performanceEligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)Onhappy
