Sales Enablement | Nevoni Local: Castelo Branco – altura de Aldeia da Serra Horário: 07h30 às 17h30 Modalidade: Presencial Contrato: PJ Remuneração: A combinar Benefícios: VR R$ 450,00/mês + descanso remunerado e bônus anual (meio salário no primeiro ano e até 1 salário após 1 ano, conforme assiduidade).Transporte: A empresa oferece fretado com pontos de parada em regiões estratégicas.Sobre a Nevoni A Nevoni (oficialmente NSR Indústria, Comércio e Representações Ltda.) é uma tradicional fabricante brasileira de equipamentos médicos e odontológicos, reconhecida pela qualidade de seus produtos e pelo compromisso em oferecer soluções tecnológicas que geram impacto positivo para profissionais e pacientes.Responsabilidades Apoiar na estruturação de materiais, conteúdos e treinamentos para o time comercial; Acompanhar indicadores de performance de vendas e propor melhorias contínuas; Mapear e multiplicar boas práticas entre os vendedores; Atuar em parceria com Marketing e Liderança Comercial, alinhando estratégias e mensagens de vendas; Contribuir para a organização e atualização das ferramentas comerciais (CRM, playbooks, templates, etc.).Requisitos Experiência com processos comerciais e/ou operações de vendas; Conhecimento em CRM (como HubSpot, Pipedrive ou Salesforce); Capacidade de analisar dados e indicadores de desempenho (taxa de conversão, ciclo de vendas, etc.); Habilidade para estruturar treinamentos e materiais de apoio ao time de vendas.
